FedEx home delivery schedule is Tuesday through Saturday
Commercial delivery schedule is Monday through Friday

You must select HOME DELIVERY if the package is being delivered to a residence. GROUND delivery is only to a business.
Express

FedEx 2-day air and Overnight delivery schedule is Monday through Friday
Saturday delivery is available to most locations for an extra charge
No deliveries will go out on Saturday, Sunday and major US holidays

International Orders:

Please consider the following before placing your order:

International orders are shipped FedEx unless otherwise requested.
We may have a distributor in your country.
If your package is stopped, delayed, confiscated or returned by customs, the customer is responsible for ALL risk and loss associated with the shipment. No refunds will be given.
Your government may charge VERY HIGH duties and taxes and you will be responsible for these charges whether you accept or abandon your package.
If the event that your products are stopped and returned to us by Customs agents, you are responsible for any fees associated with the return of the products.
No refunds for Probiotics.

We highly recommend that you contact your Customs officials regarding all of the above before placing an order.SHIPPING CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY NOT BE CORRECT AND CAN APPEAR 20-40% HIGHER OR LOWER THAN ACTUAL RATES.

If an adjustment to your shipping price is needed, it will be done when the order is processed. If the rate given at the time of your order is lower than the actual rate, this may cause a delay in processing and shipping your order. We will notify you by email if there is a delay. If your actual rate is lower than what was authorized during your order, we will only capture the applicable amount which will reflect on your invoice and credit card statement.

Return Policy

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. The cost of shipping is not included in the refund. No returns will be accepted for products after 90 days from purchase. Probiotics and liquid glutathione may not be returned for any reason. All returns should be sent to the address below:

Spring/Summer schedule for shipping heat sensitive products

In warm weather (temperature is above 75 °), to ensure the highest potency of heat sensitive products, all orders containing PROBIOTICS and Lipoceutical Glutathione will be sent on ice. Orders that have a ground delivery time of MORE THAN 1 DAY need to be sent at least 2-DAY AIR on ice.

If ground service is inadvertently selected, we send the order next day air or 2-day air and an additional $10.00 - $18.00 WILL BE ADDED to your bill depending on the shipping destination and size of your order.

Orders containing heat sensitive products can only be shipped out on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Orders received on Thursday (unless overnight delivery is requested) and Friday, will be held until the following Monday (except when a holiday falls on that Monday). Please call or email if you have any questions.

We cannot guarantee that probiotics will arrive cold. During excessive heat, probiotics will inevitably arrive warm because ice packs only work for one day. Although excessive heat exposure for one or more days will slightly reduce the potency of most probiotics, they are STILL SAFE to give to your children. Most probiotics contain at least double the amount of live cultures than what is indicated on the label. If this is a concern, please choose overnight priority shipping.

Additional PROBIOTIC tips:

To avoid excessive shipping costs, consider ordering 3-4 months of probiotics to make it through the summer months. Have your PROBIOTICS shipped to a business address so your probiotics won’t be sitting outside if you are not home. VSL#3 is the most sensitive to heat and should be sent overnight priority whenever possible.
