New Beginnings Nutritionals' Ionic Magnesium Liquid contains water-soluble magnesium in an angstrom-sized (1/10,000th of a micron) ionic form bonded to ultra-pure water that can be easily absorbed into the cells with no digestion required. Ionized minerals are very bio-available because they are easily recognized and absorbed by the body, which results in better utilization and assimilation into the cells. This formulation contains fulvic acid, which enhances the availability of nutrients and makes them even more readily absorbable.
This unique ultra concentrate ionic formula was specially created to provide the highest amount of absorbable magnesium in the smallest amount of liquid possible for ease of administration. Magnesium is an essential mineral that is important for adequate calcium absorption, cellular metabolism and overall healthy body functioning. Magnesium deficiency can include poor appetite, anxiety, mental confusion, weakness, fatigue, confusion, sleep disturbances, and muscles spasms and twitching.
This formula is free of artificial preservatives or sweeteners and is likely to be tolerated by even the most extremely sensitive individuals.
Suggested Dosage:
Children under 12: Mix. 1.25 ml (approx. 1/4 tsp) mixed in juice or liquid once daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Age 12 yrs. – Adult: Mix 2.5 ml (approx. 1/2 tsp) mixed in water or juice, once daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Do not take on empty stomach and only dose when diluted with water or juice.
Ionic Magnesium Liquid has a salty taste (from the chloride) and should be mixed into 4 oz. juice or at least 8 oz. water. Suggested juices that it works best with include low sodium V-8, pear, pineapple, grape or orange. Ionic Magnesium Liquid doses can also be added to food that requires salt because it will not be degraded by heat or cooking. It is advisable to begin dosing magnesium with less than a full dose and work up to a full dose over the period of one week. If loose stools and/or diarrhea appear, reduce the dosage until bowel movements normalize.
