The Memory Decline Protocol & Package is designed and based off the research indicating specific integrative treatments and lifestyle changes that have been shown to be effective in slowing down and even reversing age-related mental decline. The following package contains the following: Mitochondrial support nutrients, methylated B-vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and omega-3’s to correct common deficiencies; targeted herbs, mushrooms, and nutrients known to protect and support healthier brain function specifically better memory, concentration, and cognitive processing. Nutritional lithium and CoQ10 are added to provide protection and additional antioxidants needed for improved cognition.

- Mito-Mate Daily (1 bottle): (4 caps daily) – Give 2 caps with breakfast and 2 with lunch
- BDNF Essentials (1 bottle): (4 caps daily) – Give 2 caps with breakfast and 2 with dinner
- CDP Choline, 500 mg (1 bottle): (2 caps daily) – Give 1 cap with breakfast and 1 with dinner

Protocol:
- Important Lifestyle Changes: Start the patient on a gluten/casein-free and an all organic, non-processed food diet, if possible. Ensure that your patient strives for a minimum of 30-minute exercise per day (walking and/or yoga).

Lab Testing: Consider running the following tests that indicate underlying causes of cognitive decline:

Start the patient immediately (while waiting for test results) on the supplements included in the Memory Decline Package, one at a time - in the order presented below. Give full dose for at least 3 days before starting the next supplement. Start the next supplement only after ensuring that the current supplement is being tolerated. (Sensitive patients may need to titrate slower and require more time between adding each supplement).
