My adult disabled son has a G-Tube and has been on the ketogenic diet for 26 years. It has been hard on his stomach and he has had repeated bouts of nausea and unstoppable vomiting. Sorry :( for the info. I would give him half a scoop of Intesti-Mate with his first feeding every morning and it really helped him not get nauseous . I have taken it myself and the taste is pleasant and mild., it tastes a bit like cocoa and slightly sweet. I didn't see it offered a while back and was very disappointed m but I'm so glad they offered it on the sale.
