We use this version of yeast defense as well as the pill form. I actually prefer this version better for myself as well as kids because of ease of use and the tinctures you are getting. Black walnut oil has no weird taste so I can sneak it in dark juices. Again, I'm giving this 4 stars because I feel like grapefruit seed extract could be substituted with another of your finer alternatives thy are harder to find for consumers.
