Return & Damaged Items Policy
Unopened products that still have the outer seal intact can be returned within 60 days of purchase.
Probiotics and Sale items cannot be returned for any reason.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Please include a copy of the invoice along with your return.
A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returns.
Any damaged product received will need photo evidence of shipment box and damaged item sent to email@example.com prior to receiving a refund or replacement approval.
