I've tried several brands of methyl B12 - This is by far the most palatable and had good results with my health.

MB12 liquid drops is one of my favorite products. It so easy to give it to kids. You can ask for a free empty nasal spray, and then just spray a few drops in each nostril. It is more bioavailable this way.

My daughter was taking methylated B12 shots until we moved to another state and she could no longer get them. We tried pills but that just was not giving the energy boost needed. I was so happy when we find the Methyl-Mate. It gives her the same energy boost as the shots did!!

I LOVE that it is unsweetened! It is the only one I can find without sweeteners including glycerine. I love that it doesn't have glycerine too. I hope you never stop making it!
