We use this as a rotation to help with yeast and fungals in the gut. The products are great and we usually sprinkle them into a smoothie except berberine one which you have to swallow. I'm giving 4 stars because the grapefruit extract I feel could be substituted in this package with some of the other wonderful alternatives you offer. It seems to be more common than the other exotic ones that are hard to find except on your site
