Ways to administer supplements to children

Does your child swallow pills yet? Mine does not. We started doing biomed about 5 years ago and especially at that time it was hard to get supplements into my child. There are many theories on how to do this, lots of do's and don'ts but the main thing is what works for YOUR child. For us, pulling apart capsules or using powders and liquids and then mixing those with a little pear juice and either syringing or letting him drink it is what works.

For some children, chewables are great.
